Olivetto Estate, located 100 km from Melbourne, was established in 2000 and has 12,000 trees reaching maturity.

Purchased by Louise and Giancarlo Breccione-Mattucci in 2007, the boutique olive grove is taking on a new lease of life as Giancarlo and Louise are developing the Olivetto brand, by wholesaling, selling to restaurants and marketing direct to the consumer.

Olivetto brand was established in 2008 to promote the 2008 Harvest and is pure fresh Extra Virgin Olive Oil. This is very good quality Extra Virgin Olive Oil and should be used every day to reap the health benefits of extra virgin olive oil.

The quality of Extra Virgin Olive Oil is defined by its oleic content being below 0.8 g %. Olivetto Extra Virgin Olive Oil has a Free Fatty Acid result of 0.21 g % oleic acid. This is a high quality desirable EXTRA VIRGIN OliveOil.

The varieties of olives chosen for Olivetto Estate are particularly suited to the very cold winters and warm sunny summers in the Misty Mountains in Taggerty, Victoria. This combination of olives produces a high quality olive oil with a rich smooth palate and a peppery aftertaste.

3,000 of the estate trees are dedicated to table olives including varieties of Kalamata, Spanish Queen and Voulos.
